मानसिक रुचि की पहचान कर उसके अनुकूल भावी कैरियर के चयन हेतु मार्गदर्शन देने के
उद्देश्य से देश भर में कैरियर काउन्सीलिंग कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। ये

Process of Counseling at the Camp:
Students are taken through a comprehensive process of psychometric testing, sharing of counseling reports, group counseling and addressing career concerns.
A brief outline of each step is provided below,
Psychometric Testing: Learn about individual strengths, aptitudes, interests, personality and how you can put these to best use in identifying a suitable career. Simple psychometric tests help us discover ourselves better in this regard. Each student is guided on how to take the test and completes it within a stipulated time.
Individual Counseling Report: The results of the tests are scored, interpreted, summarized and handed over to each student within few hours. This report is individualized and suggests suitable Career options, Career progression and a Psychometric profile for each student.
Group Counseling Session: Insights, on how to make best use of your report, your career goal, preparing for higher studies, are shared. Students are informed of popular career choices, planning successful careers and any particular questions they share with the Career Guide.

Mr. Jaishankar Gopalan: Studied Mananegment from IIM Calcutta. Over 20 years of experience in Career Counseling, Business models for education, consulting and corporate training.
Mr. Prakash Nahata: C.A,C.S, CWA, MBA (Finance). MD and CEO of Anthroplace Consulting Pvt. Ltd.- An HR Recruitment Firm.
Ms. Kusumkoli Banerjee: B.Sc, M.A Psychology (Organizational Behavior) from University of Delhi. Over 2 years experience in individual assessments for corporates and students. --
